reinc monk race and splash questions

I currently have a 28 point fighter mutt and want to reinc to monk for my 2nd life

what would be the best race if my main purpose is to get to level 20 as fast as possible with a monk main (not an endgame build) and get to my 3rd life with the monk damage passive

1. halfling: ac, sneak attack bonuses, saves
2. warforged: immunities, power attack bonus, damage reduction, racial tactics
3. human: bonus feat, human versatility boost, healing improvement, stats

If my goal is to race to 20 rather than play at 20 are splashes worth it or would staying pure level fastest?

Those are the three recommended races, and since I don't have WF I'm going dex build staff/handwraps halfling monk.

The only race that you will probably find challenging to build around are elves. If you’re going to reincarnate the nanosecond you turn 20 you might want to consider a 1 Rogue/19 Monk for the Open Lock and UMD.

Personally I prefer human, but there are some amazing synergies with halfling monks that should be considered (dexterity bonuses, AC bonus, attack bonus, sneak attack enhancements and Unbalancing Strike, etc.).

As said, if the goal is to reach 20 and reaincarnate a second time then pure monk doesnt matter.

1 level of rogue for umd/locks (and maybe traps if you want to swing that too), and maybe 1 level of fighter for extra feat and toughness or whatever.

Halflings get lots of bonuses, but then so do every other race, so you should maybe stick to whatever race you want to end up with - it will make gear easier - as you collect rr gear and/or docents vs robes race will matter if you have to toss out a bunch of bound items and regrind them.

Since you wont be staying at that reincarnation, going 18/2 doesnt really matter either - but taking more multiclass just slows down the monk abilities that are useful, so probably keep it streamlined and 1/19 is maybe best.
