    Default Idea for Sorc/Pally Build

    I have played PnP DD for years and very new to DDO. I did the first 10 levels to see if this would even work. Has the saves of a Pally and 1 lay on hands. Can some Vets please give me some help?

    Loss in casting power >> gain in defense through better saves.

    + will have difficulties in joining many groups.
    Erzskalde (Warchanter) / Erzassassin (just passing through - ignore me) / Erzsoldat (waiting for TR-time) / Erzschmied (ranged Artificer)

    Thanks for your input. I wasn't sure about STR. Based on what you said, it would be better to have a 10 STR and put the rest of the points into CON. Why UMD for heal scrolls?

    Default sorc/pal

    I'm trying the same; stats are about the same but i went with 16 str and 18 chr.

    Only at level 3: pal 2/sorc 1.

    I've decided the drow weapon enhancements are a waste; i'll probably pick up thf at level 6.
    Even on Korthos I'm getting my Niac's resisted a lot although hypnotism is working well.

    Do I need UMD?
