If it's based on the tolkein it should be an extra 1d6 against spiders and goblinkind and give off radiant light against goblins?

Don't forget it's also indispensable at Goblin raves, with that danceclubtastic blue glow.

That's what I was getting at with the radiance thing . . it glows, but there is no torch light spell in game so I had to improvise.

As someone who's been 20 for like a month and not done one Epic dungeon yet... I'm really not seeing the point, unless I feel like grinding out tokens for a TR instead of paying.
