It would depend if you purchased it while it was still on sale. I know the sales generally change on Mondays....

I found the same problem of dogpig. I sent an help request using the form few minutes after my order. Still waiting for an answer. The adventure packs was into the "Today's Deals" section, but they charged me the full price.

How do I know if I used the right form to send my ticket and if anyone received it?
For any inquiries about the Turbine store, you will want to send contact to the Account Management department. The phone information, and a link for the form are in my signature.
If the request is successfully submitted, you'll get a confirmation page. We don't have confirmation emails at this time.
However, I can confirm that we've received two emails from you.

You are so kind Victorie. At last now I know that my emails arrived to destination. You have to admit that anybody in my situation receive no feedback. You don't know if anybody received your emails, you don't know if anybody opened them, you don't know if you will receive any answer and when... and if anybody will sort your problem.
