Bought an adventure pack on sale, but charged full points

I just purchased Vale of the Twilight adventure pack on 20% off promotion. It should cost me 560 points, but I was charged full 700 points. Any idea why this is happening?

It would depend if you purchased it while it was still on sale. I know the sales generally change on Mondays....

I found the same problem of dogpig. I sent an help request using the form few minutes after my order. Still waiting for an answer. The adventure packs was into the "Today's Deals" section, but they charged me the full price.
