    Default Can't download DDO.

Everytime I click a download link, it opens and automatically closes itself...?

Tried on every link, looks like it tries to start but it closes right afetr the window that looks like the "Run" "Save" etc.

I have Vista 64, dunno if that causes problems.

    And it isn't antivirus.

I also read the Nvidia issues and installed newest drivers and the Nvidia networking first packet software and it didn't seem to fix anything.

Default I think I found issue dunno how to fix.

I think it's an internet certificate issue.

Troubleshooting from the aids on this website told me to try to access ddo.com in the HTTPS link, and when I try to do so, it says there is something wrong with the certificate, but I have no idea how to mess with that in the IE settings.

What browser are you using? Also what happens when you right-click the download link and choose the "Save link as" or "Save target as" option?

Be sure to use Firefox 2/3 or I.E. 6/7 (if 8 put it into compatibility mode via the button at the end of the address bar) the sites don't support Opera, Chrome or Safari currently.

NOTE: The Customer Support forums are best for Player-to-Player help, for more direct and official support, please submit a ticket to the appropriate team via the form here.
