Not fully downloaded help.

Okay so 2 days ago I downloaded this game threw turbine. It downloaded enough so that I could play right away and I did. after alt+tabing I noticed that on turbine there was no upload or download bytes at all. and it was downloading "full game" So the next day it was doing nothing still so after trying so hard to figure out the problem and getting no where, I decided to just go back to the site and download it without using the turbine thing. It started but then I tried to download another game to play while I'm waiting for this one. It was downloading slow so I paused the DDO download and continued with my other download which was only 25 minutes. After I downloaded the other game I resumed the DDO download and it finished and a window popped up asking if I wanted to remove or repair so I pressed repair thinking it would just download over the turbine download. It finished and when I tried to play it allowed me in but then I tried to go to stormreach and it still said: Content is downloading. please try again in a moment. Thanks for the help in advance. I know it's a lot to read. sorry about that.

But kinda different. I have the game downloaded and was able to create my character but my character won't load. At the bottom right of the screen Downloading BEACH 75.9 percent. It has been stuck there for several hours
