Computer crashed...

My PC crashed last week. When I go to download DDO again, will I have to start over with another character or can I regain my old one?

What about items I purchased in the DDO Store? Are they gone as well?

You can keep your characters and stuff on those characters, just be sure you're logging into the game with the same username and password. That's what your in-game character (and items) is associated with.

You can download DDO for free from our support site. You can actually install it on as many PCs as you like, but can only log into one at a time.
