Browsed your previous posts, and am taking a rough stab at it:

You used a box code to get the free month of VIP, then downgraded to f2p and are not getting the prior-VIP Premium grade?


edit: "5 posts down" doesn't help as the order of threads changes with every new posting.

Only thing I can think of is it might be like TPs and sometimes take til the next morning to take effect. That's only a blind guess, tho.

Sorry bout that. 5 posts down is something extra i wrote which i know wont help abit. ^^ Just saying was a VIP, sub ended, so i should be premium.

Paid the subscription using a debit card. Never bought TP so i went from free to vip (after subbing) to free again (after sub cancellation).

Generally speaking this is something you'd need to contact the Account Management department about. However, a little beholder tells me you should try logging in again.
