    Default Can't start the game

OK, hopefully I am just really stupid...

I have downloaded the game. I have a file on my desktop that says "DDO unlimited." I have installed the game from the setup file inside the DDO unlimited file. It starts up the game when it is done installing, I made a character, but I had to leave before I finished the tutorial. I looked for a save and found nothing, only a logout. So I logged out. Tried later to go back in, but there was no icon anywhere, nothing in my program list. I went online to the site, and looked for a "click here to play" button, but only got download options. I went back into the DDO Unlimited file, re-installed (repair option,) started again, went all the way through to Korthos village, logged out... I have to repair/reinstall in order to get the game to launch. I have done that a couple times now... It takes a long time.

Am I missing something? Is there a secret handshake required? Should I uninstall/reinstall? I originally thought that I would get the magic "click here to play" icon when I finished the tutorial, but I did not.

    Default Didn't work

I tried what the above poster said and it did not work. I keep getting a service unavailable error when I try to log in.
