I'm planaing a build and I ahd never work whit sorcerer what the minimum Charisma for sorcerer

Wizard I know that is INT so minimum 10 INT + spell Level

Is sorcerer is 10 Cha + spell Level?

Correct. Except your actual min level is 18 (possibly 20 if you are drow) + all level ups into chr since having less than that is generally a mistake on a sorc.

no, the "actual" minimum cha is the maximum cha you could get. Generally speaking, any Sorc should maximize cha, wiz should maximize Int, cleric/fvs should maxmize Wis.

the primary stat affects your Spell DC and mana which are two of the most important things for a caster.
