the pvp invite trick

Yeah so there I was clearing out the pit in the lobster. Im on my way past the poor transparent souls I smoked headed back to the ladder and this noob as he jumps in off the platform he tosses me an invite and starts casting, knowing it will disrupt me for a second. I respectfully decline and whip his ass before he touches the ground. Of course as I leave he sends me tells "bawww why did you kill me?" , " I wanted to group with you" etc. lmao.

Anyways this is kind of a broken mechanic an invite shouldnt disrupt your actions and dominate the screen in PvE or PvP the audible ding and message in the chat box is sufficient. Can you disable the big right in the middle of the screen box on the ui? I don't know what I woulda done if that noob tactic actually worked on me.

Wow, some people will do anything for an advantage. lol

The group invites can be disabled under options, I might have to do that the next time I drop in a brawl area.
