Never in the history of DDO has anything been nerfed to extent that WoP rapiers were. Makes the evasion nerf look like chump change.

Perhaps W/P and other stat damage weapons are actually due for a buff of sorts. I think there should be a middle ground. This change hurt dex based chars too much.
