Trade advice

I'm fairly new to ddo but not new enough to be super noob. I'm still unfamiliar with AH's fleeting and expensive prices. I'm seeing all kinds of prices flying around for these but I would like to know how much should one pay for the following items:
Maelstrom
Reaver's Ring
Royal Guard Mask
Greater X Banes


And the ones I don't understand why they're so freaking expensive:
Ring of Haste
Ring of Feather Falling (do people use ring of FF more often than boots of FF?)

Many items are valuable simply for their minimum level (or lack of one which is the case for the Ring of Feathers) Hast Clickies are aways pricey for those of us who are haste addicts. As for average selling prices, well its been 2.5 years now and I still am confused by these. >.<
