    I had the game downloaded on an old computer, but when I got my new laptop for my wife for Christmas, I can't play the game on it. After I select the world to enter and everything, the game starts to try to load and the screen goes black, and that's as far as it makes it. The only way it will let me close it is by opening task manager. It doesn't give me any sort of error or message, all it does is freeze. I doubt it's my system requirements, this computer is a lot better than the other one I had. Please help.

    I tried running it under an older windows compatibility and it didn't make a difference. I messed around and finally, I got some type of error message telling me to contact Technical Support with the following information:

    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    at System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIcon.ShowConextMenu()
    at System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIcon.WndProc(Message& msg)
    at System.Windows.Forms.NotifyIconNativeWindow.WndPro c(Message& m)
    at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr Iparam)

    Anyone know what this means? I assume I should contact Technical Support like it says - so - how do I do that?
