    Default best 2 monk splash strikes/finishers/stance to use melee?

    strikes/finishers:

    i have access to all 4 lesser stances and thus their respective strikes
    i also have void strike atm

    is it worth going for finishers (3x earth for +2 crit multi got my attention) or would spamming what ever strike that isn't on cooldown better?

    i assume the 3x earth isn't auto crit so it may or may not have any effect?

    stance:
    lesser sun vs lesser wind?

    i use haste pots sometimes but not all the time... and from what i understand 7.5% of the 10% from lesser wind won't stack with haste? would sun be better in any situation?

    Best strike: dependent upon situation, but Fists of Light is hard to beat from a melee aspect.
    Best finishers: IMO Aligning the Heavens is the best for the entire party's benefit.
    Best stance: depends on your build and/or concept, but for a straight monk I prefer wind stance for the attack speed.

    Except Fists of Light and Aligning the Heavens require 3 levels of monk.
    For two levels, probably just spam whatever attacks and don't worry about finishers. But don't quote me on that.

    Ah, I misinterpereted "2 monk splash strikes, etc" as the *2* best, ans was giving my opinion on my favorites.
    As far as a "2 monk splash", and the best strikes, etc, I'd say the strikes are completely situational with wind/electricity gaining a slight edge in the strike department because it suffers less immunities than the other elements, but earth as the winner because it's a straight bonus.

    So, overall strike usefulness, IMO:
    1: Earth
    2: Wind
    3-4: Fire/Water situationally

    IMO, each stance is useful situationally.

    Water and Sun stances can be used when attempting to use a rune or open a door to buff your stat.
    Wind stance is good if you can find a pair of vorpal or paralyzing kamas or handwraps, and want to attack really quickly.
    Water Stance is good if you're splashed with Favored Soul or Cleric, and want to buff your spell DCs.
