Does it speed up your assassinate timer cooldown?
I heard it does for improved trip/stunning blow so..

dunno but...
i have it on my umd rogue freak and its great for switching back to weapons from scrolls fast.
i am interested to find out if it has other worthwhile uses.________________One of Two Kings_________________

From my understanding, it doesn't speed up the timer itself, it helps get rid of that annoying little pause after you USE the activatable ability.
Just remember. Good build, bad build, it's all the same when you roll a 1.
Grease is a party buff.

it cuts in half the cooldown timer for action boosts. I have not tried the assassinate ability with it, however I have been told it does not work for all "clicky" abilities.
