Weird graphical problems.

I can start up the game but once it gets to the main menu all of the graphics are all weird, bright green, purple, and orange lines. Some of the buttons don't work right, and little windows like the options and the character editing ones are staying on screen when I leave those areas. I tried to go into the options and change the settings but none of them had any other options.

I made a random character and started the game just to see what'd happen and the problems are ingame as well, it seems like its not fitting my screen because I pressed "I" to bring up inventory and it was down toward the left bottom corner and i had to drag it up to see it. I can move around and interact with whoever is standing right next to me when I start I just can't tell what he/she is or what they are saying.

Looking at my specs, it seems like I don't have enough memory(448), but I have no idea if my graphics card or processor are good enough. (I'm not too good with technical stuff.)

Processor: AMD Sempron 3000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.0GHz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce MX Integrated GPU

I updated my graphics card a few days ago.

It looks quite a bit like the pic in this thread: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=220844
but the fuzzy "snow" like lines aren't all over the screen, just over part of it.
