It changed with mod 9. I think there are a couple other areas now that the min level lock out people even in the public areas.
(Say): Haywire says, '"Hey, I don't come into yer home and play with things."'

I wouldn't get Cydonie mad if I were you. She's liable to bite your head off.
Also, is it just me, or is there a secret dragon convention going on in the Marketplace? There's like ten of them there! (The Argonnessen delagation, Kear, Lockania...)
