Usable by Human lv 14 bard with 30+ UMD
That will hit stuff in the Orchard - For the first time ever I actually questioned my use of a light repeater.. before Orchard I was able to hit anything reliably using the correct light repeater, no so in the orchard or I don't have the right weapon.
Any information appreciated.
