There was a build for this somewhere on this site, utilizing dragonmarks and being self sufficient in the healing department. Can't remember if it was under halflings or what but I had it bookmarked as I wanted to play with it in the char planner, but have lost the link due to negligence while reformatting the pc. Have scoured around and can't relocate it, would appreciate someone locating it for me.
