Please critique my 28pt version of the Archon Build

I recently convinced my little brother (21) to play DDO with me as a Premium player (Purchased Warforged & Sharn Syndicate) and he wanted me to help him build a barbarian or a rogue and in searching through the forums I found Monkey+Archers Archon build but it was 32pt so I've tried to rebuild it as a 28pt while still keeping the general idea of the build.

Anyways I just need some opinions on how it turned out (trying for good dps with halfway decent umd/trapskills) the build is currently Lvl 4 and my brother only plays once or twice a week so that took him a while so theres no way he'll re-roll.

Note: This build will be duoing with a WF Cleric or a Human Pally

Str: 18+5(LvL) +3(Fighter Str) +6(Item) = 32
Dex: 8
Con: 16+2(WF Con) +2(Barb Con) +6(Item) = 26
Int: 14+6(Item) = 20
wis: 6
cha: 6

Hoping for at least Str/Con tomes

Optional +6 items for Wis/Cha and +? tomes for Int,Wis or Cha (Reflex Save & Skills, Will save or UMD respectively)
