need to know what the defender enhancement line will increase your max dex by

I max dex to shield

II max dex to heavy armor and shields

III max dex to med, heavy and shield

Not sure I understand the question, but +1 each as far as I know.

It doesn't really matter though, since your dex is not going to be high enough to hit the dex bonus cap after you add in Armor Mastery and Shield mastery, unless you're a dex build for some reason.
