Problem: My fps stinks. I can't get over 20 fps. I'm lucky if I get 30 fps in a quest instance.
I play DDO on my Acer Aspire Timeline 3810T-6415. I know it's not a gaming laptop but my friend's 4 year old laptop that isn't a gaming laptop either gets 60 fps. We both have dedicated graphics cards and I have more RAM and a better processor.

Processor 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU U9400
Memory 4GB, 1066MHz DDR2
Hard drive 500GB 5,400rpm
Chipset Intel GS45
Graphics Intel GMA 4500MHD (integrated)
I'm running the game on VERY LOW settings and I get 20 fps. My friend with his 4 year old laptop can run his game on medium or high with bloom effect and what not and still get 40-60 fps. I changed my resolution to the smallest and it only increased by about 10 max. I also tried changing power settings to High Performance (I'm on Windows 7 64-bit) but it didn't make any difference.
Any ideas? =[
