Ingredients Bag...

Why is it that the ingredients bag wont take my spell reagents?
so far it will only take my siberys shard fragments and khyber fragments,
but only 1000 of them, so it gathered 1000 of my 1482 siberys shard fragments, leaving 482 in my inventory.
also if i wish to put the shard fragments in the eldritch device,
i have to put the fragments first back into my inventory before putting it into the device!
and even then the bag wont take the next level of shards,
the flawed and imperfect siberys shards remain in my inventory slots!

well then, can you answer my other queries?
