I thought that was only a regular Rage spell clickie.

This is correct, The Bloodrage Trinket is plain old rage "3/rest" that you can get from a pot.

It does not stack with a rage pot.....hit this trinket first befor you enter barb rage, once it expires use a pot. While in Barb rage you cannot use the clickie.
