Yes you can change it...Assuming you are talking about Light or Dark Path...

Mobeius is exactly right. If you are looking to change your philosophy path it requires a feat exchange with Fred. If you haven't done the dragonmark quest yet with that character you can do so for a free exchange otherwise it will cost money and some type of siberys dragonshard depending on your level.
Animal paths require an enhancement reset which can be done for a fee once every three days from your trainer.
