FvS Rewards By Class

Quick question to you experienced FvS players: Is it worth having rewards by class for Favored Souls?

I decided to unlock them last night with my batch of holiday VIP TPs and make one real fast to try them out (veteran status'd to 4). Ran all of Korthos and then ran about half of the harbor quests, but I noticed that the rewards were almost all armor, with a couple healing pots and scrolls mixed in and pretty awful ones at that. So now I'm finding myself wondering whether or not to keep the rewards by class turned on for my FvS. Opinions and reasons?

I left mine on. Forgot it even existed.
I do get mostly armor and shields, it feels like, but there's a good mix of weapons, occasional SP pots, and so forth.
Though I see a lot of Superior Devotion 1 Shields and the like

I left mine on when leveling my casting/healing fvs, to collect scimitars for my melee fvs that I was going to level up next. I occasionally had the **** collection of armor/shields to wade thru for end rewards, but for the most part I recieved a wide variety of sometimes useful weapons to choose between.

I turned it off, as I have absolutely zero faith in Turbine's ability to pick items for "my class", plus I have alts who need stuff too.

You must remember that rewards are done BY LEVEL as well as quests. So, as +1-3 is about the best you will get before about level 5, you will notice certain trends. Additionally, Korthos is the tutorial and will not have good loot for the most part.

I would travel to StormReach. Run a few quests and see what happens.

I turned it off as well, since I never truly got anything worth keeping.

At least with it off I'll see some potentially useful items for an alt-character, rather than virtually-guaranteed-useless-rewards for the specific class.

I'm still hoping to see another vorpal shuriken :P Not about to spend 18 milion on the AH.
