You mean movement spells?
Only ones I can think of are longstrider, which increases base movement speed by 15%, expeditious retreat, which increases base movement speed by 25%, and haste, which increases base movement speed by 40% in addition to other things. And for some classes, they can take enhancements which they can boost their run speed for a short time. Barbarians naturally run faster than other races.
There are also the striding boots which increases your base movement speed depending on how powerful it is. However, unless I am mistaken, all of these except the action boosts and barbarian run do not stack with each other.
Attack Speed modifiers (Beneficial ones):
Enhancement Bonus
Wind Stance (7.5%/10%/12.5%/15%)
Jorgundal's Collar (10%, melee only)
Docent of Quickening (10%)
Black Dragonscale [some sets] (10%, ranged only)
Haste (15% melee, 25% ranged)
Madstone Rage (20%)
Ten Thousand Stars (30%-50%... I think, I forget the exact amount, ranged only)
Insight Bonus
Wind Stance (2.5%/5%/7.5%/10%)
Competence Bonus
Deepwood Sniper Set (5%, ranged only)
Arcane Archer Set (10%, ranged only)
Tempest I (10%, melee only)
Acrobat (10%/20%, quarterstaff only)
Weapon Alacrity (10%)
Master of Archery (25%, ranged only)
Sacred Bonus
Zeal (10%)
Action Boost Bonuses
Haste Boost (15%/20%/25%/30%)
I may have left something out and am not entirely sure if the item sets are competence bonuses (going off of fuzzy forum memory there).

MrCow's above list seems pretty complete. Just noting that same type bonuses don't stack, and the ones that do stack aren't added together, (i.e. 2 10% bonuses don't = 20%) but rather are multiplied together (here's a link from awhile back explaining this better than I can http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...0&postcount=36 )
Nah I just tested exp retreat two days ago in response to this thread here:
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=220215
and exp retreat is still giving 25% to run speed. I can confirm though that equipment striding bonuses, exp retreat, and longstrider don't stack, the game just takes the highest of those. They do stack with barb boost (which seems to stack with everything) and sprint boost (which seems to stack with everything), but I didn't test the haste spell because I don't have it.
I'd also be curious as to the Phiarlan trinket, but I don't have that either, so can't test it.
Acrobat II 10% movement speed increase also stacks with the barb 10% movement speed increase.
With haste and sprint boots, you look like the energiser bunny.
To compile a few of the answers:
Enhancement bonus (Do not stack with each other):
Striding (5-30%)
Longstrider (15%)
Expeditious Retreat (25%)
Haste (40%)
Shadow Walk (40%)
Pendant of Time (50%)
Base increases (Stack):
Barbarian Speed (10%)
Monk Speed (unsure, believe 10-60% if D&D is to be followed)
Acrobat II (10%)
Barbarian/Ranger Sprint Boost (35-50%)
Abundant step does not increase speed, nor is the distance traveled increased with a higher speed, but honorable mention nonetheless.
Theoretically, the fastest one could achieve is a level 19 monk/1 ranger, using monk speed (~60?), ranger sprint boost (35%), Pendant of Time (50%), and throwing in abundant step when possible.
Its +5% per 3 levels of monk (5%-30%).Originally Posted by Black_Flamingo

So does haste override all items then and makes them pretty much junk if you got a haste caster round? And all the Mod 9 Archer Sets are also junk if ya got the lvl 20 Ranger Capstone? Looking from an archer perspective, it seems that if ya got the Haste spell and the capstone then all items that provide Ranged Alacrity are junk then as they provide no benefit?
