Uhmmmm...

3.5 was the best ever.
And DDO is based on 3.5.


Did it take me awhile to change to 3.0/3.5?.. Yes.
I was reluctant. I liked the old stuff just fine.

But 3.5 was a much better game IMO.
Defined many things undefined before.

Balanced quite well.

removed exploits.

Now, DDO is limited compared to a PnP game.
No DM to regulate.
Very limited in what actions players can take.

Changed on other ways to make for a more exciting video game.

DDO has problems, but overall it is very good.


Now 4.0 may be garbage.
But as I haven't played it yet, I'm reserving judgement.

But I played DDO because it was based on 3.5 which I know and love.

I will be very disappointed if they change DDO to 4.0 rules.
