Hello everyone. To access the tomes in DDO Store I need a minimum level. But I need some minimum level to use the tomes? As soon as I release the +4 tomes in the store I can use them in a level 1 character?

They would be +1 tomes and they have a minimum lvl of 3 that is why you will not be able to see them until you are that level. +4 tomes are not available in the store and as far as I know only drop in raids and then very rarely.

But my character is level 7 and +1 tomes is aviable to me... i can buy it and use in a level 1 character?

+1 tomes are minimum level 3 You need to be lvl 4 or higher for them to work.

I thought the minimum level for +1 tomes was 3?

a lvl1 cant buy it, and if they are bound to account, you buy it at your lvl7 and use the bank to mail it over, then it still has a minlvl of 3 and you cant use it befor you are lvl3

+3 lvl11
+4 lvl15 and
+5 lvl19
