I might have to go with Ninjas... do a search on "Ninja's are cool" in google an click on the first link.. Ultimate power or something. Totally hilarious take on Ninjas! Especially read the "hatemail" section.

Actually Yes... their simulator does account for "stratagy" and it's run 100 times. The one who wins the most is declared the winnner. This way the winner isn't the one with a lucky shot (samari epp... 2 shots, 2 skewered eyes from a decient range ) There is lots of testing that takes place, however it has to be condenced down into 40 minutes, a "best of" if you will. Then there is the 2-3 minute "Simulation" highlighting what stratiges worked the most but is purely for entertainment, and the rest is commercials. Go watch the aftermath... Many of people concernces about how "garbage" the testing is were covered repeatedly during the first few. There is REAL science during the show... No wonder most people don't understand o.o

Lol, 'real' science, right... the simulations were based on assumptions. It is just a revisit to the old superhero showdown scenario and the answer to who wins is 'whoever the writer decides should win.'

This whole topic is moot anyway, since the two are not mutually exclusive. There is nothing in the ninja code that prohibits piracy, nor in the pirate code prohibiting ninja activity. Thus the answer is simple.. they should all become pirate ninja and everybody wins! Well.... cept for their victims.. they lose... but who cares about them anyway? :P
