    Lightbulb Light and Darkness Mindsunder Shield Upgrade From The New Dreaming Dark Quest

    Dear Friends:
    Here is the end result upgrade on the "Light and Darkness" shield from the Mindsunder quest (Upgraded inside the Dreaming Dark quest at the Dreamforge crafting alter): +5 Enhancement Bonus, Superior Stability, Protection +4, Resistance +4, DR 3/-, Adamantine, Mithral, DR 5/ (Only epic creatures are exempt from this), and Bashing.

    Please note that you will need 6 pie pieces of each color (total 24) in order to upgrade. Once you are at the Dreamforge crafting alter, put in all 24 total of your pie pieces and crunch them. Then, you put in your newly made crystal formed from these pie pieces and your item to be upgraded and you have now unlocked the suppressed powers. I hope this helps anyone who may be wanting to upgrade their "Light and Darkness" shield.

    Seems they have a real hard-on for shield bashing.!

    Yeah all the shields are the same. We had one posted in the Static thread list too.

    Edit: Oh and the DR on it says only some Epic creatures and weapons bypass it.

    I just pulled that shield last night. Can we get a screenie of the non supressed power version please?

    Cool thanks, not sure I wanna do all the grind right now for the upgrade.. oh who am I kidding I will probably do the grind because the shiny new shield asked me to.

    I know it doesn't seem worth it, but the questing was fun for the simple reason that they are new. The robes however, have a better upgrade than anything else I've seen or heard of.

    sad thing is, it adds absolutely NOTHING for a stalwart defender III character
    6/- DR while holding the shield is better than the crappy 5/epic dr >_>

    I do.

    I need to suppress BASHING of all sorts of incompetent players all the time (incompetent read...actually has fewer HPs than one of my toons and claims to be uber).

    I'm suppressing a need to BASH bill collectors...forum moderators with an itchy trigger finger...door-to-door religion salesmen...and pink-docent wearing WF making my eyes burn...DIE DIE DIE!!!!

    Ooohhh....

    I think I'm getting a bit carried away here....

    Oh, btw, the Regalia of the Phoenix gets only the Greater Evocation Focus and the 9% Fire Lore/0.50Crit one (I forget if it is Major or Superior or whatever they call it now).
