WF TWF questions?

i have ran with several groups with a WF two weapon fighter that has a build like the Exploiter. Why would this be good? For the immunities and not needing much of WIS and CHA

I would like to try this out and have came up with this build

Male Warforged rouge1/monk1/ranger 18 Lawfull good?
STR 16
DEX 13
CON 14
INT 13
WIS 10
CHA 6

Skills
Max UMD, Open Lock, Disable Divice, while puting some into Search

Levels would go rouge level 1 monk 2 and the rest ranger
What should i put the point increases into

Feats:
Dodge
mobility
OTWF (switch out the level 3 feat i take)
then at level 6 get Spring attack
