having an issue connecting to the game..

hello,
i download the game several days ago, and today, when i tried to get in to the game, after i pressed the icon,
the loading page just stuck and doesnt proceed.. i've allready tried to reinstall the game and problem keeps going on... i dont know what to do..
it's stuck on the "Getting data centers" page..
can anyone please help me solve this problem ?
