will not let me load??!!?

when i try to load up i says game error can't open the data filrs. check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. the program will now exit.[201] and then says game error check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. the program will now exit.[201]. and when i download the game it could not let me download 2 files. so is there any why to fix this

go to your launcher icon..... in your ddo folder...... right click it go to properties>secruity underneather were it says permission for system make sure u got full controle>modify>read and execute>read>write all checked off ..... if u don't have one of those checked off clicked edit and change it
