Default Newbie looking for advice, comments on build

I'm looking to use rapier/kukri combo.

Is this build viable in: solo, duo, party, or raid?

are there stats/skill break points that i need to hit?

    Default Umm...

So, level 8 spells, only? Without quicken or maximize?
What, exactly, did you have in mind for this toon?
I really can't make head nor tail of the intent.

i'm looking to have a build that does decent dps for most encounters. Only plan on using casting for heals & cc. Does the high level heals/cc have a long cast time that would need quicken?

For level 9 spells, are they must haves? There are lower level area heals and resurrections. Is it enough for a party to survive?

I could drop imp mental toughness for quicken or maximize.

I'm i giving up too much healing abilities for the dps i'm getting?

I would pick Rogue for first level to get all the extra skill points Rogues get vs any other class. This is just me but getting so many Cleric levels i wouldn't worry about toughness. I also would skip Enhancements for extra Turning Undead. From what i have heard past lower levels Turn Undead isn't that good, and your not going to have a good Cha. Hope that helps but fell free to go with what ever feels best and right for you.

    Default Hmmm.....

Aplogies, I forgot to welcome you - Welcome to DDO!
Certainly, if you want to take rogue, take it level 1 - you will need the skills.

Hopefully one of our build experts will show up shortly. I can't comment from experience on endgame abilities, as your build is really outside my depth - my sig is my highest level character.

I can make a few observations from what I've seen in comments to date, and mucking around ith the build planner.

Clearly, you're looking for some kind of battle priest build. They come in two types:
    • Heavy builds, splased into Fighter / Paladin / Barbarian - tending to (but not exlusively)using two handed weapons - focused around STR and CON as secondary stats
    • Light builds, splashed into Rogue / Ranger / Monk - focused on TWF and evasion, need DEX and CON as secondaries.
Most are 19/1/, 18/2, or 17/3 to get level 9 spells, which are, indeed, pretty nice - my toon is currently slated for 19/1. My concern is that with a three class build and a deep dip, you may find yourself underpowered in either role (supbar DPS, lackluster heals, buffs, etc.) I would at least look at, say a 17/3 Rogue build.
