I've seen this mentioned before, to my eye the moverate debuff to SF and AF has been radically
reduced. Was this announced anywhere or is it a knock on effect from another bugfix? WAI?

Loaded SF to do Madstone yesterday and it didn't appear to be doing anything at all to the
moverate of the Minotaurs. I use it to tag their aggro when protecting the seer - didn't
work very well.
