Game launcher reads from wrong directory

i had to move the game from one computer to my new one and now when ever i try starting up the game it keeps trying to read the game from the old path E:\
how do i make it read from C:\??
i know theres a way to change where to get it to ready from ._. i donno if its goes with the ToS or not >.<
i just really dont wanna redownload the game and have to wait 4 days to play again you know =/?
so if any one can help me figure out how to change that (preferably a mod or something like that so no one gets in trouble) ._.;;

or if its possable to change my backup drive so that it reads E:\
only problem if i dont have admin cause i umm locked my self out of it and forgot the possword _-_;;...still working ong trying to remeber the account pass >_>;;
dam it i should of never let my coz borrow my computer Dx
