Broken Reincarnation

I have a character Level 20 I attempted to True Reincarnate. I used the heart, logged out and went through character creation process. At the end it tells me "My name is not available" If i click ok or if i change the name. It then says "Cannot Create Character" Has anyone else has this problem. I have contacted GM's they say I have an open ticket so it is being worked on. But it has now been a week and I get practically nothing from them. So please if anyone else has had this problem could ya toss me some advice. I am tired of sending tickets and then having to explain "how" the true reincarnation process works to the gm's in game

Hey if you read this, post saying you will quit ddo if they dont fix my bug, maybe if I can get enough posts they will do something about it. P.S. You dont really have to quit if they dont fix it, just I will, but they might fear 1 million people leaving if you post! Join the cause.
