36 pt 18/2 wiz/rogue, planning now

Ok, at 2.9 mill xp now....Varr was 18/2 fs/monk, 16/2 pali/monk now powering to 20. Plan is to reincarnate into my end game completionist build now to make sure I can live with the leveling process. Could stop after this roll, or be frozen for awhile awaiting the ability to true reincarnate a third time.....

This is a 36 pt improved version of Varr on Thelanis really.

That is my plan for short term and long. Assuming true res #2 doesn break me this gear target should be useful for most reincarnations and will be built as I go. I have 6 or 7 diff end game dr bypassers so min 2's are low on my list atm.

Hard to justify not going WF on a build like this IMO. Sure, the dragonmarks halfling is fairly self sufficient, but IMO toasters work better. Drop 3 marks, pick up Quicken and a pair of extra feats (Toughness, Mental Toughness, maybe Finesse or Power Attack). Unlimited self healing via Recon scrolls as well.

Nothing wrong with a Halfling of course, but when you want toast (a Wizard), use a toaster.

I would swap con with Dex or maybe lower str and add to con.

I'd try to get the first reincarnation and then ask yourself if it's really worth the second. First one is so annoying... I can't imagine the penalty being double.. and then doing that 9 more times.

I agree wf version is superior. Can't trade for more con unless 2 for 1 and even at 36 pts I'm trying to do alot of things which requires me to be build efficent with start up pts.
First rencarnate has not much bottered me (13 was a burden) but I am aware the xp curve on this next on will be more stringent and could make me change my completionist goals to simply a double reincarnate. Will have to see how 4.6 works.

Healing side note......because of umd.....will be able to heal scroll identically to recon.

Trading self cast mana useing recons and a greater mana pool with say two mental toughness feats for about 3500 pts of mana free heal anyone marks. It is about a wash as far as feats and mana vs marks, the added ep demands is where it hurts the halfling most from my experiance.
