Default Can I get my Thelanis character back? Preatty please?

Yeah, so somewhere between my old harddrive being wiped, and getting everything restored, my characters (All really, but Im more concerned with the ones on Thelanis) dont show up when I enter the game. The show up on the My DDO, but that seems to be the extent of it.
I sent Support an e-mail a week or so ago, but nothing back. Nothing at all. Not so much as a "We are looking into this odd occurance."

It might be something on my end, but I highly doubt it as the patcher, except for today, hasnt downloaded anything (Even after the patching today, my characters still dont show) for weeks

Your characters are stored on the server, and have nothing to do with your HD dying.

If they are not showing up, and you are actually logging into the correct server (you aren't remebering in correctly) then it sounds more like you may have created a new account rather than logging into your old one.

    This.

If they're showing up on MyDDO, and you're logging into the correct server, sounds like you might be logging into the wrong account (maybe unintentionally created a new one).

A buddy of mine had a similar problem. The data files on your harddrive were corrupted so he had to uninstall and reinstall the game and that fixed it for him.

As long as DDO is on the box, you can log any account, any box. Should have nothing to do with Hard drive.

Yeah. Re-downloaded (Man, that takes a long time when the internet is being ********) and re-installed. I wish there was a "Complete check" in the DDO launcher

What you are describing is inconsisitant with the way the game works (IE - Impossible.)

Occam's Razor states once you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains is the solution, even if improbable. (with the most likely of the improbable solutions being, well, most likely.)

Therefore I submit that your cat/dog/gerbil accidently deleted your character in the middle of dancing the watusi on your keyboard while you were out.

Or, that while very drunk, you got on general chat, and started spamming a variety of drunken profanity, epithets, and gibberish, and got your characters banned.

    One of the two.

"Hey cleric, do you heal?" "Well, I have a blue bar, and it's going down when your health goes up, what do you think?"

I vote for the first -- accounts get banned, not individual characters, so he wouldn't even be able to log in with said account and would have had to resort to the options previously presented (i.e. created a new account)..
