Needing a solid 16 pally/2rouge/2 monk build with high dps and ac

rogue != rouge

Why 2 rogue AND 2 monk? If you go 2 rogue OR 2 monk, you still get evasion and you get the powerful tier 3 paladin prestige enhancements. Monk would be better for AC and give 2 extra feats, or rogue would give high UMD capability and potential for some lock picking ability (I wouldn't recommend a full trapsmith). Taking 4 non-paladin levels is probably sacrificing too much if you don't have a particularly good reason.
