Bad racial PrE is still a racial PrE, what is wrong with it though?

The fact that it's ranged, basically.

Think of it like this: Bastard swords might as well no exist because Khopeshes are so much better.

Personal preference, but my fighter is bastard swords and would never use khopeshes.
