I recently downgraded my account from VIP to premium, but then I subscribed to VIP again. However, I made the mistake of creating a new subscription instead of upgrading my existing one. So now I have two subscriptions for the same account:
- "CORRECT", my current subscription, is premium
- The newly created one is called "My DDO 12/14/2009", which is VIP
Unfortunately all my characters are on the "Correct" subscription, and if I try to access the other one there are no characters. I would really like my VIP status to be moved from the newly created one back to my "Correct" one...otherwise this might be the end of DDO for me since I can't play my existing characters on VIP status.
I already sent an email to customer support but don't know how long they'll take to reply...
