Turbine not updating

I'm completly new to the game, registered acc, dowloaded game, doubled clicked icon on desktop ("ddo unlimited"), this appeared

and im stuck coz it do not download. Just stands at 0/0.

I turned off firewall, disabled antivirus software, exited all programs, im on the acc with admin rights profile, and it just... stands there. :/

That looks nothing like the download manager I used o.O a couple weeks ago.

I'm assuming you downloaded the game from the DDO site recently?

DDO is currently in maintenance, try again later today.

I downloaded yesterday.

I used ddohigh.exe

I also reinstalled so now there in the pic between those two 'queued' options there is 'lord of the rings, etc.', nothing else changed. Still no transfer.
