    Exclamation Lost VIP issues, then more

    Hi there, been holding off on posting here, but I would like a response cause ticket isn't helping.

    I paid for VIP several days ago with a Visa, had it for about half a day. Then I was promptly booted out from game only to become a Free member again. MyAccounts over at Turbine says it's free, then after a day I get this in MyAccounts.

    ATTENTION: One or more of your subscriptions has been suspended due to non-payment. Please re-enter your billing information or apply a Game Card now to reactivate your subscription(s). Once you have updated your billing information successfully, all of your suspended subscription(s) will be reactivated for use. Click here to update your billing information now.


    So I tried updating the system with the same card number, and I get this.

    * The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]
    * Invalid credit card number. [err: -1003]

    I've verified with the bank regarding the payments, and they said it was debited and will go through within a week. So I'm just wondering if any of the CS here can help me out.

    If a subscription payment isn't processed immediately, the Turbine system treats it as a failed payment. When your credit card finally gets around to trying to hand over the money, we'll send it back. You'll need to get in touch with your card company and ask them to approve Turbine purchases immediately, or you'll need to get a different card to use for subscription payments.
