Heya all, I was just curious as to what the level requirements are for using the tomes. I know that the +1s are usable at level 3, though I am unsure as to what level the other tomes require and I am unable to login to check on the AH. Thanks.

+2 are level 7
+3 are lvl 11? ( currently, all +3 are bound, and not for sale on the AH)
+4's well not sure, but my guess would be lvl 15... and only a handful of these have dropped, and not been for sale yet.(Say): Haywire says, '"Hey, I don't come into yer home and play with things."'
