MUrlynds Spoon - Its kinda crappy isnt it? I mean I have a stack of mush that I give out everytime I trade with someone. But it doesnt seem all that worthwhile. Am I missing something about this? Can I heal with it in dungeons?

Not sure how rare it is, and it is raid loot but Maelstrom. I was hunting one a day before I reincarnated...all I found were around 3mill gold, but I saw one tucked away on the AH for 150k GOLD! Hell yeah!
