That one is hilarious. Must be good and evil. It beats the feather fall rings of feather fall.

Named items are rare, but in a sense aren't so rare, as they are identified and one knows where to find them.

Someone just sold a bunch of unbound STK items to one of the brokers, including War Beads etc. I've seen these on the AH, I assume they're from an old version of STK.

I can only imagine how much this is going to make me on the AH.

I have a reputation amongst my gamer friends of being extremely unlucky when it comes to pops/drops and other random things. In this game, it's really been no different. For instance, I've popped many masterwork items when my party members are popping +2 suffixed items.

1) However, I popped a Muck's Doom (each time) the only two times I've run the Pit so far. So, that was a really nice change of luck. So, being 2/2 with Muck's Dooms is kind of neat.

2) Also, I popped a +2 Cold Iron Returning Throwing Dagger back when I was level 3 or something, in a dungeon that was the same level I was. I just FINALLY replaced it at level 11 (via looting, not scouring the AH), so that was a pretty cool pop for the time I got it.

Most of the stk stuff was unbound until mod 9 i think.. ie DDO Unlimited.

I have alot of rares but my 2 best were:

+3 wp rapier(when it was much cooler)

rr human ml 10 helm of wizardry vii (very old item, not on ddo pc right now so ml maybe 11)

I pulled a Tyrazza's Bane -- the original one which was +4. The replacement is +3 and cold iron.

I pulled a Stone of Luck when the first LOTD module was released. As it turned out that wasn't really lucky... level 7 trinket with +1 to all skills. I.e., a Voice of the Master that requires two more levels and doesn't give a bonus to xp.

I got a couple things from way-back-when, including an old Muckbane (ie. the Unbreakable Glass Club), a Pearl of Sirines, and some old odds and ends that I have laying around.

But yeah, I love that old stuff, just wish I had found myself an unholy weapon when they dropped.. would have been great for running with the devils!

Edit: Oh yeah! I got me a +1 Superior Potency 3 quarterstaff, no min. level or RR. Always goes to my new casters!
